Mushrooms, most taken with two off-camera flashes. The 3rd and 5th have some post-processing effects applied.
Puffballs were very plentiful, including a huge one that I couldn't find while it was still fresh.
Birds of many sorts including a screech owl, wood and mallard ducks. Plus a loon parent feeding a juvenile; they should have already headed south.
Insects and more.
First two are green sweat bees, female and male. The ants are citronella ants.
The fall colours started early and were especially nice.
