Still lots of ducks around. Mallards having a social chit chat and in flight. A northern pintail in flight. Common goldeneyes were gathered in one particular area. A rare, for us, barrow's goldeneye (with the white wing spots) was around for a long while. Goldeneyes are diving ducks one of which managed to find crayfish to eat.
Re-visit to one of the barred owls, a newly found screech owl and a pileated woodpecker hammering away.
